concealer: any suggestions?

Brushes: eco tools

It is very smart of you to try the cheaper things first. You might want to even go to the dollar store or the Dollar Tree for cheaper things. Big Lots has those same brands for cheaper then Walmart.

Your list sounds great. How do these products sound for a beginners makeup 'collection'?
It sounds fabulous! It's really good that you're trying a bunch of cheaper things first. If you're willing to order online, may I suggest eyeslipsface.com or cherryculture.com or ulta.com? They're about the same products/quality, but it's cheaper. And sometimes, they even have free shipping/20% off and good stuff like that. When I first started out, I bought a whole lot of makeup, but it was a little bit of each so I could get some practice and get an idea of what I like to use.

Also, you can go on Youtube or whatever and search up makeup reviews, or go on makeupalley.com. They have reviews, and you can get an idea of what would suit you.

I really like the Mineral Power concealer from Maybelline. The coverage isn't perfect, but I like it befcause it feels light on your skin and is perfect for those days where you wake up with dark bags. L'Oreal's Voluminous mascara is great too. Maybe an eyelash curler is good too?

Great choice with the eyeshadows. They're really pigmented, and if wear it with a primer underneath, the pigments stick on super well and looks really vibrant. Comparable to the pricey stuff!

I would lay off the blush... I assume you're a teenager. I'm one too, and I think that we have a natural flush that shouldn't be covered up. Go for the natural look at first, because that is what we should look like. Get a brown and/or white eyeliner (brown is more subtle than black, and white makes your eye whites pop).

Also, the foundation is good, but you might want to try out mineral foundation... it's a bit messier, but it's light on your face, if you get what I mean. And plus, it sets in your liquid/mousse foundation.

Also, get a lip gloss that is a shade or two off your own natural lip colour. That'll give it a natural shine without looking too overdone.

Hope this helps! :)
