New makeup collection...HELP?

I want to buy a new makeup collection for $50. Any stores or drugstores are exceptable. I have really light skin and dark circles. HELP.New makeup collection...HELP?
There's a beauty store call Ulta...sort of like a sephora that sells all kinds of make up and some kits with everything included are less than $50. Clinique is doing a express look event that a consultant is going to show you how to use their make up and you get a free trial size eye shadow and moisturizer. Sephora also got some great kits that is a lot less than when you buy the item piece by piece. Oh and HSN has great stuff too. They have lot of kits from bare minerals to smashbox that is for people to try their product. I got a kit last year with mascara, foundation, lip gloss, eye liner, shadow and some other stuff for about $65 (i know it's a little over your budget but everything's there and you won't have to buy them piece by piece) It's worth looking into.New makeup collection...HELP?

Bare minerals! It would be about 65 dollars instead of 50 if you get the basic package, but i love it!!! It looks so natural and makes you glow! I have acne and it covers it up with no problem so i bet the dark circles are no match for it!

I'd personally recommend MAC, but you won't get much for $50. Try NYX or ELF, their products are really cheap but work amazingly!
Go to Estee Lauder conter in Dillards or your nearest mall they usually have deals and will give you a free makeup to help you choose. good luck

You can definitely get a complete makeup collection for under $50, there's a super cute one right now with a little purse too. Those are my favorite collections.
