Astronaut on moon drops hammer and feather at same time?

if an astronaut drops a hammer and feather on the moon at the same time why do they land at the same time? is it because no gravity forces act on a body in a vacuum, because there is no air resistance and all bodies at given location fall with the same acceleration, or because the acceleration due to gravity on the moon is less than on earthAstronaut on moon drops hammer and feather at same time?
